The Thermo battery and the Smart battery have the same battery capacity and upper temperature limit of 45°C. The key difference is that the Thermo battery is designed for use in colder conditions, with a minimum temperature tolerance of -20°C, whereas the Smart battery is suitable for temperatures down to -5°C.

2. What's the difference between X1 PRO and PROMAX Smart Battery?

The Smart Batteries for the X1 PRO and PROMAX have only slight differences in appearance, with the logos being the only distinction. Otherwise, they are identical and can be used interchangeably.

Shipping procedures needs improvement!

Because your shipping department in Rancho Cucamonga did not respond fast enough I was not able to bring my back up batteries to my travels. Had to recharge the one battery over and over and cost me precious time in my travel videos.

1st Order No. MG20814 - ordered 2/12/25 - arrived 2/14/25

Ordered 2/15/25 - arrived 2/21/25

The second order did not arrive on time and was not able to bring them with me. there is a chance USPS will return the items to you guys. I put a hold on the mail delivery if that will help from the item getting sent back to you guys. Not happy at all about the slow shipping with the second order. You guys are not consistent or your team is lazy.
