Charging Hub for HOVERAir X1

It's been 24 days since I placed my order and I've sent two tickets complaining about the delay and so far nothing!!! And when I check the tracking number, it doesn't exist! And just since today, I'm disappointed, the equipment arrived fine in October but the purchases made on Black Friday seem to have been just a scam.

Intuitive initial set up process, awesome built in flight modes, video quality is beyond expectations, very pleased with the X1!!!!

Worst experience of my life. I made a purchase and never received refund or response from Customer Service. Then finally they told me I should take my money and go to Amazon. Then they stopped replying. I had to reach out to the CEO’s in order to get Customer Service to refund me. This is not a customer focused company that cares. It’s purely a profit driven business. Make as much money with people as collateral damage. Phyllis was the supervisor that was horrible and Emily Wang was just indifferent and really didn’t care. Said Customer Service was on it. On what is what I should have asked. Can’t say anything about the product but the people are awful human beings. All I wanted to do is be a happy customer. Thank you Phyllis and Emily I appreciate the opportunity to leave a review.

Would be nicer if the battery is little bit longer
