Didn't received my order and awful communication from Hoverair support.

Again I received the email asking for feedback of the product, but I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT (drone and handle bar)! Horrible communication from the support team with no response to my emails.

I have reached out Hoverair at Instagram and Facebook and both answered me just that the support teams was going to contact me, but nothing happened until now. I'll travel back to Brazil and I'll have to ask for refund if my product does not arrive until the 8th of may.

Love my Hover Air and all the accessories. First class drone. Wish it would track beacon in a vehicle but I am sure that will come…..great products.
