Poor quality?

The batteries charge to 100% showing four lights, then the Hover flies maybe foir patterned flights and the light bars drop to two and the Hover says insuficient power. I have recharged all four batteries I own and only ever get half life from them and this is only about 15 minutes of play. What if I really wanted to bike somewhere and have it follow?
